Review of the upcoming Legend of Tarzan movie

You probably remember Tarzan from over a decade ago . Tarzan was a major success that got worldwide acclaim but it has been gone for over a decade now. Now here comes the good news is a new version is coming soon . The movie The Legend of Tarzan is set to be released on July 1st 2016 in traditional release form , Imax and Imax 3D and with a budget of $180 million you have no doubt that the movie is going to be really huge. In recent years nearly every fictional hero movie like Sherlock Holmes, Spider man and Batman just have come back to witness a huge reception and acceptance making them huge successes .This is what the Warner Brothers are probably eyeing before deciding to work on the upcoming Legend of Tarzan movie. Bringing an old item from the past to become a huge movie for new fans can be a tricky thing to do. Fans expect something better than what was there in the previous and a failure to delivers it could mean huge losses . When the animated version of Tarzan for example by Constantin Film was released last year in 3D it become a major failure that cost its producers millions of dollars. This is why Warner Bros released the trailer of Legend of Tarzan very early to build up enough anticipation and considering that they made huge losses from Pan estimated to be about $150 they are putting in their best to ensure success of this one.

Tarzan, animation movie

The plot of the Legend of Tarzan is also quite interesting. The plot is set at a time when Skarsgard as Tarzan has left the jungles with Apes in Africa to live a gentrified life as Lord Greystoke or John Clayton III with his wife Robbie as Jane. He is then invited to go back to his home Africa to Congo where he is needed as a trade emissary of parliament ,however little did he know he is getting into a trap fueled by greed and revenge. The setup is planned by Waltz as Belgian captain by the name Leon Rom who among the others planning to execute the undertaking do not have the slightest idea what they are going to start.

Apart from Skarsgard , Margot Robbie and Christoph Waltz from Django Unchained acting as the Villain the cast also features John Hurt form the Harry potter movies and the deathly hallows and Samuel Jackson from the Avengers Age of Ultron . Jackson plays the role of an American war veteran who joins Tarzan to fight the main antagonist.

Margot Robbie, Alexander Skarsgard

You can also be assured of seeing an impressive Tarzan, Skarsgard playing the role of Tarzan is said to have trained for four months before the filming started in order to get the ideal Tarzan shape. The movie is directed by David Yetes and the script is written by Craig Brewer and Adam Cozard whose works have seen major successes . The movie which has seen various suspensions of its production since it was adopted in June 2003 is set to finally hit the big screens this year and am sure if you were a huge Tarzan fan you are highly anticipating this movie. If the movie fails it will set a record of Warner Bros expensive movies to fail at the budget of 180 million huger than Pan.
