February Blockbusters

As the month of romance arrives, there are pretty good movies lined up for the release. Number of movies will be released on a same date, so deciding which one to watch as first day first show can be time consuming. The hopes are high as the trailers have already created a lot of buzz and excitement.

Well starting from 5th of February, movies 'Pride and Prejudice and Zombies', 'The Choice', 'Hail, Caesar!' and 'Misconduct' will be released. 'Pride and Prejudice and Zombies', it's based on the classic tale by Jane Austin which is about the entangled relationships of people from different social classes. Now there's a new challenge they face, the army of Zombies. The trailer looks quite good with the proportionate mix of action, horror and romance.
'The Choice', also releasing on the same day, is based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks( The Choice, 2007). This movie is about a Casanova who falls in love with a girl who moves next door. Benjamin Walker and Teresa Palmer are in the lead roles.

The next movie, 'Hail, Caesar!', this comedy movie is flooded with the renowned star cast, George Clooney, Scarlett Johansson, Channing Tatum, Josh Brolin, Dolph Lundgren and more. The trailer looks quite promising and it will make people laugh.

The last movie of the day is 'Misconduct', this Al Pacino movie starring along with Anthony Hopkins and Josh Duhamel, is a drama thriller movie about an ambitious lawyer who becomes a murder suspect after he takes on a
corrupt executive of a pharmaceutical company.

Coming on February 12, there seems to be no movie giving stiff competition to the much awaited 'Deadpool'. This action packed movie has already created a lot of eagerness among the fans since the movie's first trailer was released. The movie is all about the story of a anti-hero, The Deadpool famous for his sarcasm and witty one-liners. Ryan Reynolds is in the lead role. There are a lot of expectations from this action comedy movie.

On the Valentine's day, there are not many movies to be released except 'Omphalos' and 'We could happen'. The thriller movie 'Omphalos' is about a detective investigating a murder only to find that the victim is himself. And of coarse there's a romantic movie 'We could happen' for the couples to celebrate their day.

On February 19, the movies being released are 'Risen', 'Race' and 'The Witch'. 'Risen' is about a Roman military tribune who is given the responsibility of investigating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The next movie 'Race' is based on legendary Olympian, Jesse Owens. The film is set during the time of 1936 Olympics.
The most promising horror movie 'The Witch', show the time of 1630 where powers of witchcraft, black magic and possession tear apart the New England.

February 26 arrives with Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton(from Kingsmen) starrer 'Eddie the Eagle' which tells the story of the first British ski jumper who represents his country in the 1988 Winter Olympics. This sports comedy shows the will, determination and hard work of an aspiring ski jumper.
This February doesn't disappoints the martial art movie enthusiasts with the release of 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny'. The Donnie Yen starrer movie screenplay is based on book by Van Du Lu named, Silver Vase. After Ip man 3, Donnie Yen will once again amaze his fans with his action.
