Ryan Reynolds closes the deal to star in Deadpool 2

It seems like the negotiations between famed movie star Ryan Reynolds and the 20th Century have finally come to an end. Word is out that the two partners have finally come to terms paving the way for the much-anticipated sequel to the humorous Deadpool 2 movie. According to various sources, Reynolds closed the deal when he went into a renegotiation since the Canadian star only received $2million from the first movie release. As of April 2016, the original Deadpool movie had worldwide grossed a total of $755 million worldwide and is currently rated as the second highest grossing film of 2016. It is also the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time thus surpassing The Matrix that accumulated ($748 million).

The vulgar superhero flick has also garnered some awards including largest opening 20th century fox movie. If the deal, has indeed been closed, the production could start as in fall this year. Furthermore, cable has already been confirmed for a follow up but rumour has it that the Domino might be joining the rated R party. Aside from Reynolds, other actors that you might come across in the Deadpool 2 sequel include Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, Ed Skrein and Leslie Uggams amongst several other big movie star names.

The Deadpool 2 is a now a surety with the primary screenwriter Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese already starting out the sequel project. The two producers most notably worked on the first film for almost seven years and it comes as no surprise that they would want to develop another sequel with Ryan Reynolds as the central character. There is also the inclusion of the character `Cable`, who will appear in the movie and Reynolds and the film producer have already discussed the benefits of including him with Collider in the movie.

Although Reynolds only made $2million up from fro the R-rated superhero film, this new deal is said to have a higher initial payment amount for the actor. However, no details regarding the new contract have been revealed to the general public with the Ryan expected to earn fee higher than $5million. Despite the fact the Reynolds acts as a mercenary in the 2009, PG-13 flick, the character seems nothing compared to the Deadpool in this year's film.

“I think that the character works so well know since the character is allowed to be who he is, unperturbed by the PG-13 ratings and a lot of marketing arguments,” this according to Hood.” With Ryan back as the central character, Deadpool 2 is going to be an even bigger success than its predecessor if you ask me.The movie also seeks to increase the wit of the humor and to ensemble more of the gritty world.”

Add more credit to the filmmakers of the Deadpool 2 that they and to Ryan, that they assume full control of the character and thus allowing Ryan to bring the best out of his role in the movie. Deadpool is a foul-mouthed and obscene character- and it is quite daunting to fully achieve this type of role when you have work within specific parameters that are given by movie studios.
