The Nice Guys main trailer officially released

There is always something about Shane Black films which makes us smile. Maybe it can be the cast that he chooses to work with, the witty dialogues and banters or maybe it is the consistently Christmas Y setting. The Nice Guys film is no exception, since there are several reasons to exult after watching the most recent trailer. From the recently released The Nice Guys trailer (new), The Nice Guy Movie seems to be an outstanding return to form for Shane Black, the co-creator of Buddy cop, Lethal Weapon and Iron Man 3.

While we were given the red band not long ago, the second trailer undeniably cements the movie’s storyline a little more. Furthermore, it also throws numerous Shane Black moments. In this film, Shane has crafted an interesting story about a hard-hearted enforcer, Detective Jackson Healey played by Russell Crowe and an ineffectual private detective, Private Holland March played by Ryan Gosling. The two must join hands, bring their A-game forward and solve a case about a missing person. The missing girl is played by one, Margaret Qualley who is famously known for her role in The Leftovers.

Apart from solving the case of the missing girl, they are also supposed to look into the death of a pornstar. While conducting their investigation, they end up uncovering a shocking conspiracy which in turn reaches to the higher power circles. The Nice Guys is set up in the 1970’s and takes place in Hollywood, which in turn means that Ryan Gosling not only gets to rock a moustache but also is going to be smoking cigarettes for the most part of the movie. Apart from the two, this film also features other A-listers such as Kim Basinger, Keith Urban and Matt Bomer in supporting roles.

This happens to be the second main trailer for the highly anticipated movie as the first trailer was released towards the end of last year. What is really surprising is how the set up and few jokes have been repeated in the second one, suggesting that there is a wealth of fun moments and witty banter between Ryan Gossling and Russel Crowe. According to a recent interview, the Movie’s creator Shane Black has revealed that the movie is going to be R-rated and like most of his movies, it is going to be a little faster and rougher.

During the interview, Shane added that the two main characters, March and Healley are working class dudes thus the film will be extremely entertaining. Badass meets with Smartass appears to be the winning formulae for Shane Black and The Nice Guys does not fall short of this. While there are going to be numerous superhero films that movie goers are going to indulge in this coming summer, Nice Guys is unquestionably one of those movies which promises to perform extremely well after its official release.
